How to Set Up Auto Review Response

To set up auto responses for SMS and reviews, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Quick Hub.
  2. Navigate to Quick Review, then to Auto Review Response.

  1. Turn on Auto Response SMS Support.

  1. To select a response, click Select Another Message.
  2. Select the message you prefer, then click Save.

  1. Your message has been updated.
  2. Turn on Auto Reply on Reviews.

  1. Click Save.
  2. Remember, for auto reply on reviews, your business must be verified on Google.
