How to Set Up Auto Review Response
To set up auto responses for SMS and reviews, follow the steps below:
- Go to Quick Hub.
- Navigate to Quick Review, then to Auto Review Response.
- Turn on Auto Response SMS Support.
- To select a response, click Select Another Message.
- Select the message you prefer, then click Save.
- Your message has been updated.
- Turn on Auto Reply on Reviews.
- Click Save.
- Remember, for auto reply on reviews, your business must be verified on Google.
